Why Build a Small Sided Soccer Center?

Well it is the most popular variant of soccer worldwide for all ages.

For Children and Youth it is taught and practiced to develop more skills and interaction due to more touches on the ball

For Adults it is the easiest way to play social soccer - 5 v 5 and 7 v 7 smaller groups, easier to organize, more fun, social, less chasing a ball, more touches on the ball

For owners - you can drive more revenues from multiple fields, up to 12 fields fit inside the area of one full size field with 10 x revenues!

Indoor or Outdoor?

Depends on what you want and where you live. Most centers (but not all) are outdoors in states like California, Florida and Texas, whilst most (but not all) are indoors in states like New York and Michigan.

Let us help you with your demographic and what you want to build. Perhaps your site or your park will work best with a mix of outdoor and indoor small fields.

Revenues (and costs) tend to be higher indoor but they stay open during rain outs. Outdoor rain outs in summer might be less than you think as most play is at night and most storms have passed and your turf will be ready to play within an hour maximum of storm passing.

What Size?

A typical 5 v 5 field is approx 95 x 65 feet and may be designed either as a cage or with bounce back boards.

6 v 6 approx 110 x 75 feet

7 v 7 will be your most popular variant and typical size is 135 x 85 feet. We like designing them in cages with perimeter lines 4 feet in from the fence and net system which is 20 feet high

Design

Is your center indoor or outdoor or both? does your design allow for safe play with good walk around vision? Does it meet local code and are all hard edges protected? If it is indoor within an existing warehouse do the columns work and what's the ventilation system like? Your lighting? What's your vision and your theme?

This is what we do, this is how we energize your ideas, we are UNITED with your vision.

Executive Summary for your funders ready? Is it backed up by your 10 year plan? Is the ROI as accurate as it can be and can it stand critique? What's your capacity planning? Who else is out there that you compete with and are you ready for more entrants?
